알루미늄이라고 사용되는 합금재의
거의 대부분은 6000 Series 계열입니다.

석출경화로 강도를 높인 알루미늄 합금으로
2000 계열, 7000 계열 알루미늄 보다 강도는 약하지만

용접이 가능하고, 내식성을 가지며
성형성과 기계 가공성이 괜찮은 성질을 가집니다.

자전거 프레임, 운송 장비와
용접 구조물로 사용됩니다.

A6061  합금 열처리 내용에 따라
T4, T6, T451, T4511, T6511 등으로 분류됩니다.

T4 : Solution heat treated and naturally aged
고용화 열처리 (용체화 처리) 후 자연 시효 경화에 의한 안정화 된 상태.

T6 : Solution heat treated and artificial aged hardened
고용화 열처리 (용체화 처리) 후 인공 시효 경화에 위한 안정화 된 상태의

열처리 된 공급이 많습니다.
열처리에 대한 표준 열처리 온도와 시간은

T4, T451, T4511 :  고용화 열처리 515~550℃, Water quenching,
자연 시효 경화 처리–실온에서 96시간 이상.

T6, T6511 : 고용화 열처리 515~550℃, Water quenching,
인공 시효 경화 처리– 170~180℃에서 약 8시간…제품에 따라 다름.

Solution heat-treated, and naturally aged
Applies to products which are not cold works after solution
heat treatment, and naturally aged to a substantially stable condition.
Therefore, the effect of cold work in flattening or
straightening may be small.

고용화 열처리 이후에 자연 시효 경화한 후 안정화 된 상태를 말하고
고용화 열처리 이후에 냉간 가공을 실시하지 않으며, 변형을 바로잡기 위한
냉간 가공은, 기계적 성질에 영향이 작은 수준을 말합니다.

Solution heat-treated, and then artificial age hardened
Applies to products which are not cold works after solution
heat treatment, and then artificially age hardened.

Heat treatment intended for dissolve previously precipitated
constituents and retain them in solution.

이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재 용해되어 완전히 분해되
조직 내에 고용되어, 다시 석출 되지 않게 하는 열처리.
